How Our Filtration Works
Simple 3-Step Filtration Process
Our outdoor filter systems use a backwash and rinse cycle to keep the filtration media clean, followed by normal filter mode to deliver clearer, safer water throughout your property.
Backwash
The system reverses water flow to flush out trapped sediment, dirt and impurities from the filter tank. Recommended every 7–10 days or based on water condition.
Rinse
After backwashing, the filter media is rinsed to stabilise the internal layers and ensure clean water inside the tank before normal operation resumes.
Filter Mode
Water flows through multi-layer media (silica sand, anthracite, zeolite) to reduce sediment and improve clarity for the entire house or building.
